Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The wig is unworn and unaltered
  • The wig has not been washed, styled, or chemically treated
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The lace has not been cut

Please note: For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, altered, or show signs of use cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@rawhairluxury.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1–2 business days.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Want a different length, texture, or style? We're happy to help with exchanges on eligible items. Simply initiate a return and place a new order for the item you'd like.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
